Sentence Variety Exercise

Leave a comment in which you write this sentence with as many sentence openings as you can -

Exercise builds shoulder strength too. It done by pressing barbell over head with arms locked. Then you squat down to parallel position. This exercise help build shoulder & lower body strength and also increase flexibility. To exercise abdominal muscles and build strength there many different kinds of crunches that you do.
